Please be advised that we send all our parcels with a fully tracked service.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number within 5 working days from your order being placed.

Please be advised that delays are currently across the board, however, certain areas are more heavily affected. Please check your tracking online and allow 7 days from dispatch before contacting us.


This is a very important part , so do not skip it.

The fragrances and bases used can cause sensitivity, allergies or be harmful to the acquatic life. For this reason, and for your protection, all products have individual labels showing allergens and warnings attached to them.

You can see these on this website in our Scent list page, just click on the CLP button and you will be able to view and download a full list of all the fragrances .

We are currently in the process of adding individual allergens and warnings to each scent, therefore you will soon find this added separately on each item page.


Our turnaround time from order to shipping is currently up to

working days, not including weekends/bank holidays and the day the order is placed.

i.e If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped by the following Tuesday evening

Please consider this before placing an order to avoid disappointment.




We have suspended this service for the time being, as unfortunately, parcels sent on this service were being delivered in the same time frame as the standard service ones, we are going to review this as soon as the situation improves, and we will reinstate this option as soon as it is feasible to do so.


All our products are sent completely tracked as standard, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the tracking number for your parcel  once this has been dispatched.
